We have always adhered to the principle of marketization and built a value creation-oriented compensation system under the principles of responsibility, contribution, risk, and relative interest to achieve a win-win mechanism between organizational value and personal value. At the same time, we have established three channels for employees’ career development, actively created favorable conditions for all types of talents, and given positions, benefits, and honors to outstanding talents with true skill, genuine knowledge, and contributions. For example, we set up the position of chief expert, and conducted the craftsmanship, skill grandmaster, scientific and technological innovation talent selection activities, etc.; we also vigorously implemented the construction of a younger cadre team, and set goals and responsibilities for young and outstanding employees to promote their growth.

We have established CITIC Special Steel Academy to build a training mechanism that matches the career development of employees and the growth needs of various talents, and continuously improve the special steel talent training system. We through the place construction, team assignment, task application, strong incentives, mentoring apprentices, etc., have mobilized all types of talents to carry out project research, and improved the comprehensive capabilities of the team. In this new era, we have enriched learning methods and enhanced the effectiveness of learning relying on online learning platforms such as “simulation” and “CITIC Special Steel Cloud Course”.

Improve the incentive and care mechanism to retain talents with care.

We have overcome the disadvantages of “hardship” such as supporting services, medical care and elderly care in the area where the company is located, and started from the most direct and practical situation that talents are most concerned about. We retain the talents with care and concern. We have helped solve problems such as talent settlement, children's education, government-subsidized housing, and policy subsidies, and increased the care and concern of labor unions. At the same time, we have closely integrated the careers of employees with the long-term development of the company, and paid corporate annuities and supplementary medical insurance for employees.
